Ballard's Pharmacy Bottle from Eau Claire, Wisconsin

This is a pretty, clear medicine bottle that stands 5 1/2 inches tall. The front is embossed vertically in a slug plate "116 Kelsey St. / Ballard's Pharmacy (in script) / Eau Claire, Wis.".  Above the slug plate is embossed "4".  The base is embossed "D.F. & Co." surrounded by a starburst (see photos).  This bottle is sparkling clean with no chips or bruises.
